Instagram and Facebook statistics you can act on.

The numbers for every post, the week’s best posts and formats, and suggested changes to your plan — for each brand separately.

Why publish if you don’t know what works? The centre collects the numbers for every post and each week presents them so you can actually draw a conclusion — rather than just look at a chart.

The numbers for every post

On a published post’s card, the first block is the results: the numbers for each channel, day by day. From Facebook and Instagram the centre fetches them by itself, once a day for 14 days after publishing.

LinkedIn, Threads and X don’t make these numbers available — you enter views, reactions and comments in a form on the post card. An empty field means “don’t know”, not zero. On Monday the centre reminds you about last week’s posts with no numbers, and the “To fill in” list takes you straight to the form.

What worked

The “What worked” view — a separate item in the menu and a step in “Your week in 15 minutes” — shows for each brand:

  • best posts from the chosen period (last week or the last 4 weeks),
  • averages by format — post, carousel, reel, story,
  • stories with reach and navigation,
  • comments by type — questions, praise, complaints.

The measure is named in plain words: reach, when we know it for all Facebook and Instagram channels, or otherwise engagement. We don’t mix numbers that mean different things.

History from before the centre

Once you connect Facebook and Instagram, the centre fetches the posts of your Page and account from the last 90 days (up to 50 per account): the text and the numbers — reactions, number of comments, reach. That way “What worked”, topic suggestions and the tone on each channel do not start from zero. These posts are marked “before the centre”. We do not fetch comments or people’s data, and the platform does not offer past stories. You can refresh the history with “Fetch history” in Accounts and keys.

A summary every week

On Sunday evening the Centre puts together a weekly package: how many posts went out last week, how many reactions, comments and shares, which post did best — and which days of the new week are still empty. You get it as a notification or by email.

Conclusions, not just charts

Numbers on their own change nothing — so the centre turns them into suggestions for your plan, and the decision whether to use them stays with you.

The AI assistant suggests topics similar to your best posts from the last 4 weeks — for each one it says which post supports it. You take the ones that fit.

With at least 6 posts that have numbers, the centre suggests a change of format in your plan — for example more carousels, if they clearly perform better. “Return to topic” points you to a good post from 6–8 weeks ago: you create a new version of it with your own idea and add it to the Inbox.

Honest numbers

The centre doesn’t fill in numbers it doesn’t know: if a platform hasn’t reported reach for one of the channels, the comparison uses engagement, and in manual results an empty field stays empty. That way the “best post” in the summary really is the best — not just the only one with complete data. Results are visible to everyone with access to the brand — including an agency’s client who approves its posts.

Questions

Questions

Does the assistant suggest topics based on results?

Yes. When you click “Suggest topics”, the assistant takes your best posts from the last 4 weeks into account and, for those topics, says which post supports them. You decide what to take.

Where does the centre get its numbers?

It fetches them from Facebook and Instagram by itself, once a day for 14 days after publishing. You enter the numbers for LinkedIn, Threads and X manually.

Will I see past results after connecting my accounts?

Yes — Facebook and Instagram posts from the last 90 days (up to 50 per account), with numbers, marked “before the centre”. We do not fetch comments or people’s data. LinkedIn, Threads and X do not offer history.

What does an empty field in the results mean?

“Don’t know” — not zero. Only enter zero when the platform really shows it.

After how many posts does the centre suggest changes?

A suggested change of format appears once you have at least 6 posts with numbers.

Do I have to enter numbers manually?

Only for LinkedIn and Threads. On Monday the centre reminds you about last week’s posts with no numbers.
