Who it is for · Clinics and salons

For clinics and salons.

Regular posts without spending evenings over the text — and without worrying whether you are allowed to say that about a treatment. The assistant writes from your notes and the checks watch the wording.

Beauty clinic, hair salon, nail studio, physiotherapy practice — your work gets great results, but there is little time left for posts. And when you do sit down to write, the question comes up: am I allowed to say this about a treatment? The Social Media Centre helps with both at once.

Where things usually go wrong

  • Time. Between clients there is no moment to come up with a topic, write the text and pick a photo — yet you need to post regularly.
  • Language. Words like “cures”, “100% effective” or “no side effects” are easy to type, but in advertising for health and beauty services they cause trouble.
  • Client data. In comments, clients themselves write about pregnancy, allergies or illness — a public reply must not repeat it.

How the Centre helps

A week of posts in a quarter of an hour

In “Your week in 15 minutes” you see which days are empty and choose from the topics the assistant suggests based on your salon’s strategy. You type a few sentences of notes — “new hand cream for cold days, 50 ml, PLN 39, available at reception” — and the assistant writes the post in your brand’s tone, with emojis that organise the information. It takes facts only from your notes, the strategy and the brand notes.

Checks before a post goes out

When a post is saved, it is checked against the rules for the industry you chose when setting up the brand, and the guard — a second model — reads it before approval and points out risky passages. A sentence like “this treatment cures acne” is flagged before your clients ever see it. The decision is yours.

Comments with health data protected

Comments under your Facebook and Instagram posts land in a single list, without the authors’ names. A comment containing health information is hidden, and a draft reply goes through a health data check. Only the person who approves posts for the brand can send it.

Photos and videos

We show people only from real recordings, with their consent — the recordings module suggests a shot list with lines to say to camera. With the “AI graphics and videos” add-on you can create a new shot or a short video from a photo of a cosmetic product or your salon interior — e.g. the cream in someone’s hands, with no faces — always marked “AI”.

Example post

New at our clinic: a hand cream for cold days 🧤
Light and quick to absorb — for hands that feel dry after coming in from the cold.
💰 PLN 39 · 50 ml tube
📍 Available at reception
➡️ Ask about it at your next visit

example — demo brand; post written from a note, organising emojis, no promises of results

What if you also sell medical devices?

When setting up the brand you choose your industry. For medical devices the checking rules are stricter, and AI images are created only from a real photo of the product — as the law on advertising these devices requires.

How to get started

Creating your account takes about 5 minutes, and setting up the brand with the questionnaire and strategy about 20–25 minutes. After that, about 15 minutes each week. The whole process step by step.

Questions

Questions

Does the Centre replace a lawyer checking my posts?

No. The checks and the guard point out typical risky wording and suggest safer alternatives, but the decision about the content is yours.

Can I show clients in photos?

Yes, from real photos and recordings, with those people’s consent. We do not send photos with people in them to the AI image generator.

How much time does it take each week?

Once the brand is set up — about 15 minutes a week: choosing topics, short notes, reviewing and approving posts.

Does the Centre check posts about treatments?

Yes. The industry rules check and the guard flag phrases such as “cures”, “100% effective” or “no side effects” and suggest safer wording.

What about comments in which a client writes about their health?

They are hidden in the Centre, and a draft reply must not repeat any health information. The reply is sent by the person who approves posts for the brand.
