For online shops.
New arrivals, promotions and tips every week — from your notes and product photos. The assistant writes, you approve, the Centre publishes.
An online shop has hundreds of products and something new all the time: a delivery, a promotion, a new season. Social media could show this every week — but someone has to choose the products, write the texts and prepare the graphics. The Social Media Centre turns that into a short, repeatable routine.
Where things usually go wrong
- Photos on a white background. Great for a product page, weak on Instagram.
- Posts dashed off “in a hurry”. A new product thrown up without a description, a promotion without an end date, and then a week of silence.
- Questions in the comments. “Do you have it in size M?”, “When will it arrive?” — they get lost under the posts, and these are customers ready to buy.
How the Centre helps
A post from a note and a photo
You save an idea in the Idea inbox — a few sentences and product photos, from your phone too. The assistant writes the post in your brand’s style, with facts taken only from your note: it will not add a price, date or size you did not give. If something is missing, it asks.
A new product shot from a photo
With the “AI graphics and videos” add-on you can turn a real product photo into a new shot in a different setting, or a short video for a story. The product stays the same; the background and framing change. You see the cost before you order, and every result is marked “AI”.
A plan for the week
In “Your week in 15 minutes” you see the empty days and the topics the assistant suggests based on your shop’s strategy: new arrivals, tips, behind the scenes of packing, questions for customers. You approve several posts at once — the Centre publishes them on Facebook and Instagram at the scheduled time.
Customer questions in one place
Comments under your posts land in a single list, each with a type — question, praise, complaint, spam. For a question, the assistant prepares a draft reply, and when it does not know a fact (such as the price), it asks you rather than guessing.
What sells on social media
The Centre fetches the figures from Facebook and Instagram on its own, once a day for 14 days after publication. The “What worked” view shows your best posts and formats — and suggests refreshing a good post from a few weeks ago.
Example post
New in the shop: a merino wool blanket in three colours — graphite, moss and sand. Light yet warm, and machine washable on the wool cycle. Which colour are you choosing for autumn?
How to get started
Creating your account takes about 5 minutes, and setting up the brand with the questionnaire and strategy about 20–25 minutes. After that, about 15 minutes each week. The whole process step by step.
Questions
Does the Centre pull products from my shop?
No. You add photos and product information to an idea in the Idea inbox — from your computer or phone. That way the assistant writes only about what you have chosen yourself.
Can I make a video from a single product photo?
Yes, with the “AI graphics and videos” add-on. The video is marked “AI”, and you see the cost before you order.
Which platforms does the Centre publish to automatically?
Facebook, Instagram and X. For LinkedIn it prepares a ready-to-paste package.
How many posts a week will the assistant prepare?
In the “Assistant 30” plan the AI assistant writes up to about 30 posts a month, in “Assistant 60” up to about 60 (about 2 a day).
Can I schedule posts several weeks ahead?
Yes. You schedule posts for specific days and times, and the Centre publishes them on Facebook and Instagram at the planned time.
