Post planner pricing: from PLN 50 per brand, AI assistant from PLN 89

You pay for the Centre for your brand. Add the assistant and AI graphics whenever you want. Net prices per brand, per month, no payment card — a VAT invoice and a bank transfer.

Start is the whole Centre for one brand — you write the posts. In Assistant 30 and Assistant 60 the AI assistant writes them with you. Add AI graphics and videos to a plan with the assistant whenever you want.

Prices are per brand, per month. With several brands, each has its own plan — and you have a single login.

All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN), net, plus VAT. Sign-up is open to companies registered in Poland, with a Polish tax ID (NIP). If your company is based in another country, write to us at kontakt@iwaszka.pl. The app itself is in Polish for now — an English version is on the way.

Start — PLN 50

The full Centre without AI: the weekly plan, the Idea inbox, posts checked against your brand rules, approval by the person you choose, publishing to Facebook, Instagram and X at the scheduled time, packages for manual publishing (LinkedIn), post results, comments in one place, a publishing archive and step-by-step Help. You write the posts yourself.

Assistant 30 — PLN 89, Assistant 60 — PLN 129

Everything in Start, plus the AI assistant. Assistant 30 covers up to about 30 posts a month — roughly one post a day. Assistant 60 — up to about 60 posts a month, about 2 a day. Both include a strategy built from the questionnaire, drafts from your notes, topics for empty days, draft replies to comments and the guard before approval. How the assistant works.

You see how much of the limit you have used as a percentage, with a forecast to the end of the month. At 80% the Centre warns you. When the limit runs out, the assistant waits until the 1st of the next month or until you top up — the rest of the Centre works as normal.

AI graphics and videos — + PLN 49

An add-on to a plan with the assistant: about 30 five-second videos or about 115 new shots. You see the cost of each job before you click, and a rejected job goes back to the limit. More about AI graphics and videos.

Add-ons right away and top-ups during the month

Want the assistant or graphics right away? Switch them on in the panel with “Switch on today” and they work from that moment. For the current month you get a separate invoice for the price difference — and the whole monthly limit straight away.
Ran short this month? The assistant stops when it uses up the monthly limit — e.g. after about 30 posts in Assistant 30. You can then top up any amount you choose — from PLN 10 to PLN 500 net; every PLN 20 gives about 15 more posts (in AI graphics: about 12 short videos). A top-up lasts until the end of the month; then the limit starts again. Post counts are an average: longer posts, two versions to choose from or a review by a stronger model use more, so you get fewer — you always see what is left as a percentage.
A permanent change — a higher or lower plan from the 1st of the following month.

Discount codes

If you have a code, you enter it in the sign-up form. The code reduces the fee by a fixed net amount for a set number of months, counting from the month the brand is set up. You see the discount in the panel under “Package and billing”, on the next invoice.

14-day guarantee

For 14 days after setting up the brand you can cancel without giving a reason. We refund the brand fee in full, and the AI fee minus the limit you have used. Just use the “I’m cancelling — write to us” button in the panel.

Questions

Do I need to give a payment card?

No. You pay by bank transfer against a VAT invoice once a month.

Can I start without AI?

Yes. The “Start” plan is the whole Centre without the assistant. You can switch on the assistant or AI graphics at any time with the “Switch on today” button.

What if the assistant’s limit runs out?

You can top up any amount from PLN 10 to PLN 500 net — every PLN 20 gives about 15 more posts this month or wait until the 1st of the next month. The rest of the Centre works as normal.

Are the prices net?

Yes, these are net prices in PLN per brand, per month. VAT is added to the amount.

When and how do I pay?

In advance, by bank transfer, against a VAT invoice issued in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) — we email you a copy and payment is due within 7 days. For the month the brand is set up, you pay in proportion to the days remaining.

Does unused AI limit carry over to the next month?

No. The limit, including top-ups, lasts until the end of the calendar month. A new one starts on the 1st.

How do I move to a lower plan or drop an add-on?

With the “Request a package change” button in the Centre or by email. The change applies from the first day of the following month.

How does a discount code work?

You enter the code at sign-up. It reduces the fee by a fixed net amount per month for the number of months stated with the code, counting from the month the first brand is set up. Codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

Can I connect my own AI key?

No. The assistant and the generator work within the limits of the plan you choose in the Centre — you do not connect a key to the AI model. When the limit runs out, you top up any amount in “Plan and billing”.

Do you run social media on behalf of businesses?

Yes, but that is a separate service: it requires an order by email or in writing, setting out the scope, the number of posts, the platforms and the person who approves the content.
