Comments without the chaos.

Comments from Facebook and Instagram in one place, sorted by type, with a draft reply. Authors aren’t recorded — and health data is hidden.

A comment under a post is often a question from a ready-to-buy customer, or a complaint that others are watching. The centre gathers comments from Facebook and Instagram in one place, sorts them and prepares a draft reply — and a person sends it.

One list, sorted by type

The centre reads comments under the posts it has published: recent ones every 15 minutes, those older than three days every 6 hours, for 30 days after publishing. Each comment gets a type in plain words — question, praise, complaint, spam, device, other. When the assistant isn’t sure, it marks the comment “uncertain” so you can check it yourself. The “To reply” tab shows the questions and complaints that are waiting.

No names, with protection for health data

  • The centre doesn’t record who commented — you’ll see the author’s name on the platform.
  • The comment text is removed from the centre after 90 days; only the type is kept, for statistics.
  • A comment containing health data is hidden — “Show text” reveals it on your screen only.

A draft reply in seconds

Next to a comment, click “Draft reply”. After about 10 seconds the assistant shows one version written according to your brand strategy and brand notes, a “Where the facts come from” list and the check results: claims, confidential names, health data, medical devices. Edit the draft in the box or ask for a new version with a note.

When the assistant doesn’t know a fact — a price, for example — it asks you instead of guessing. It can save your answer in the brand notes, so it knows next time.

A person sends it

Only the brand’s approver can send a reply — with the “Approve and send” button. The checks run once more on the text that is going out: a confidential name or a prohibited claim will stop it from being sent. Hide spam with a single click, and remove a comment that doesn’t need a reply from the list.

Comments in the weekly summary

In the “What worked” view, comments are counted by type — you can see whether questions or complaints are growing, and under which posts. When the same questions keep coming up under one topic, that’s a good idea for your next post: one answer for everyone at once.
