Rule of thumb: one emoji at the start of a line with a concrete piece of information — address, bookings, date, price. For health topics, no smileys and no promises.

Emojis that organise a post

Choosing emojis is where most of the time on a caption goes. Instead of smileys, use emojis that mean something: 📍 before an address, 📞 before bookings, 🗓️ before a date, 💰 before a price, ➡️ before a call to action. Each one starts a short line with a single piece of information — customers see at once where, when and how much.

How many emojis in one post?

Usually 3–5: one next to each practical detail and one in the first sentence. An emoji in the middle of a sentence makes it harder to read, and a row of smileys at the end looks like spam. For posts about health and treatments, stick to organising emojis — no promises and no “🔥”.

Instagram and Facebook

The same emojis work on both platforms and in stories. On Instagram the caption is cut after about 125 characters, so the key information — with its emoji — should be in the first lines.

In the Centre the assistant picks them

In the Social Media Centre the AI assistant adds organising emojis by itself, according to your brand’s choice: organising, none, or freely, as in your own posts.

Questions

Questions

How do I copy an emoji?

Click “Copy” next to the emoji and paste it into your caption. Without scripts, select the emoji and copy it like ordinary text.

Which emojis suit a business post?

The ones that mean something: 📍 address, 📞 bookings, 🗓️ date, 💰 price, ➡️ call to action. Each at the start of a line with one piece of information.

How many emojis should an Instagram post have?

Usually 3–5. One next to each practical detail and perhaps one in the first sentence.

Do emojis work the same on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. They are the same Unicode characters — they look slightly different on different phones, but they mean the same thing.
