Reply to a comment or review.

Paste a customer’s comment or review and choose whether it’s positive, critical or a question. You get two replies to choose from.

Free, no account needed. We don’t store what you type.

How to reply to a negative review

  1. Say thank you for the feedback — even critical feedback. It shows others that you listen.
  2. Don’t argue in public or over-explain. Briefly address the main point.
  3. Invite them to talk privately — by phone or message. Sort out the details away from the comments.
  4. Don’t promise compensation in public — every unhappy customer after that will expect it.

Comments about health — take care

When customers mention an illness, pregnancy or medication in a comment, don’t repeat it in your reply and don’t confirm publicly that they visited you or what the visit was for. Health information is specially protected personal data. The generator guards this twice: in the instructions for the AI and in a check of the result — a reply with a health-related word won’t appear in the result.

And to a positive one?

Reply to praise too — briefly, personally, without copying the same phrase under every comment.

In the centre — all comments in one place

In the Social Media Centre comments from Facebook and Instagram land in a single list, and the assistant prepares a draft reply for your approval.

Questions

Should I delete negative comments?

Usually not — a factual reply builds more trust than deleting. Only remove offensive content and spam.

Can the reply include the customer’s name?

The generator doesn’t use it. Addressing people publicly by their full name can easily reveal who your customers are.

Do you store the comment I paste?

No. We don’t store what you enter in the form.

How many times can I use the tool?

Up to 10 times an hour and 30 times a day from one address. All the free tools also share a daily limit — once it runs out, just come back the next day.
